제 메인 컴퓨터의 파워서플라이가 나가는 순간입니다. 잘만에코맥스 500W 제품인데요. 작년즈음에 불량으로 들어온 파워서플라이를 제조사 AS를 통해서 AS받은 제품입니다.몇 개월동안 잘 사용했습니다. (AMD 3700X + 1060 3GB + 하드디스크 2개 등) 게임은 전혀 안하고요. 사무용 컴퓨터로 사용하는 중입니다. 주로 웹페이지 - 동영상 재생(유튜브+방송프로그램)이 많고 하루 종일 (8시간 이상) 켜져있습니다. 뻥터지진 않고 조용하게 전원이 안들어오네요. (잠깐 켜졌다가 꺼짐) 

 

정상적인 제품(새제품)을 뜯어서 실사용 테스트를 한 건 아니기 때문에 잘만 500W 에코맥스 제품이 3700X + 1060을 못 받쳐준다는 이야기를 드리는 싶은 건 아닙니다. 제 컴퓨터인데 (쓸만한 중고도 많은데) 새 제품 뜯어서 꽂아서 사용하기도 그래서 주로 중고품, AS받은 제품을 실사용을 하고 있습니다. 에코 맥스 제품은 AS기간이 3년짜리라서 다시 AS를 보냈습니다. AS 받아온 동일한 용량의 파워로 교체해서 실사용하고 있습니다. (이 게시글을 쓰는 시점에서 500W제품으로 사용한지 3개월 지났네요.)

Your computer won't be repaired on the same day, so I told you to leave it there for now. And I put my computer on the repair table because I need to fix my computer first to work. This is Zalman Pawafly, who sent AS on 09/2020. When I registered, I received it as a symptom that turns on and off briefly. 


If you press the power button as shown below, it may turn on and off for a while. You have the same symptoms as the reason for sending Powerfly AS. Last time I sent an AS, I sent it back to you saying there was nothing wrong. I wonder if it will be the same this time.

We replaced it with the same model of the same maker in the store. Although graphics cards seem a little insufficient to use 500W as a GTX 1060 3GB product, I don't think I'm going to use that much power because I don't usually enjoy playing games. The CPU is using the 3700X product. 


I changed the power supply and cleaned the parts after a long time. 


This is normal operation after replacing the power supply. This product is a new product that didn't receive AS, so I'll try it and see if it's abnormal. It's a low-cost, low-end product, but I don't think it'll go out easily because it's a product that I've used a lot and it's rated.

We also ripped the CPU cooler and re-applied thermal grease. The bottom of the CPU cooler doesn't look good because it's not flat. The thermoguris is embedded in the copper plate. 


The copper heat sink remains intact on the CPU. 


I took this picture after wiping off the thermal grease. I think it'd be nice to make it flat. I don't know if I made it like this for a reason. 


We also opened the graphics card and re-applied thermal grease. 


The existing hardened summer has been wiped off and replaced with a new summer copper. 


 

It is a site where two hard disks are attached together, so I put a cooler on the side to cool off. The cooler below is the one with the fan noise. This is a product with liquid grease sprayed on the bearing. (Refer to https://blog.)naver.com/dongtancom/222252161062 )

There was no hole to fix, so I made a hole in the case using a piece. 

If you drill a hole with a piece, iron dust is the problem. I wiped it off with wet tissue to clean the inside of the case. The black spots are made of iron.
