The screw that supports the main board was assembled wrong, so I opened the main board first. The stand-off (substrate support screw) was adjusted to the mainboard and then photographed. At first, the bolt could touch the place where there was no screw hole behind the board and cause a short circuit. Fortunately, the main board is not defective. There was a reason why it would not be short-circuited behind the mainboard, and the powerfly did not work properly, so it seems that there would be no short-circuit problem.

I also turned the back panel LAN port shield on the main board towards the main board. If you bend it outside, you can hurt your hand while moving your computer. The steel plate on the back panel is very sharp, so you have to be careful when working.

The cause of the power failure was a faulty power supply. Even if I connect the power tester to the existing power, it doesn't work at all. We replaced it with a 500W rated product. The LED on the computer is also on and is entering the desktop normally. It was shipped after cleaning the lines and dusting.
