This is Samsung NT300E5C-S65M laptop. Dongtan visited us to upgrade the SSD.

The Crucial 250GB SSD replacement process has been carried out. The CPU is included in the i5 product, so it gives us a performance that we can useable.

Since it's been more than 5 years since the thermoguris was hardened, we cleaned the inside as well. 


I removed the existing hard disk and installed 250 gigabytes of SSD. There are 2 memory units installed, so it's not insufficient. 

I removed all the screws fixed to the laptop and opened the back plate. 


Existing screws are well put together in one place. 

I also removed the USB receiver device on the wireless mouse. 


Remove the wireless mouse receiver.

If you open the back panel, it looks like a simple structure as below. The CPU looks like it can be replaced because it's a socket. It doesn't seem easy to get a better CPU than i5. I think it would be better to use it for the last time after upgrading the SSD and sell it secondhand and buy a new one.

The plastic on the back looks like this. It's an inverted direction, so you have to reverse it from side to side to make it interlock.

I removed the heat shield that was covering the CPU and the graphics core.

Cleanly remove hardened thermogoris from the CPU and the graphics core.

Debris (dust) from cooler has been removed.

Clean and shake off the hardened thermogoris on the CPU and graphics cards. 


Wipe the thermoguris clean. 

We've re-applied a new Thermal Guris.
