When I reinstall Windows with a Windows 7 image with a certain amount of update packs, I think that the certificate included in the old version of Windows has expired and I can no longer access it normally. Windows 7 was released in 2009 and Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) 2011. It's been well over 10 years, so it's time for your certificate to expire, right? If you installed Windows 7 with update pack in the middle (until 2016), that's fine.

1. There are cases where it is patched through Windows Update.

= Windows updates are not always successful, so I think you'll get a backup of your materials in case you fail. Computers with bad symptoms may experience a "SSD or hard disk" not being recognized (failure) during window updates. And so on, there is a noticeable problem during window updates, so always make backup a daily life before updates!!

2. There is a way to re-install the certificate and access it normally. 

=> Follow the instructions below. I gave you information because it went well.

= Over time, you may not be able to copy it. This method may not work in various computer environments, so search for the symptoms on search engines such as Naver and Google. And sort it out with the latest search results. Then, I can find the right information for me.

Windows 7 is an old operating system now.

I downloaded the certificate from the site below and proceeded with the reinstallation. Among several certificates, I downloaded and installed a security certificate called DigiCert Global Root G2, and I was able to access the site normally.

I downloaded and ran several certificates sequentially, but when I installed the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate that I received last, it worked normally.

(1) Right-click on the file for security certificates - float the pop-up menu - click Install Certificates
