휘어진 인텔 CPU (Intel CPU bent)

 

예전보다 기판이 얇아진 인텔 CPU가 잘 휘어지는 듯 합니다.

A computer that has been stocked as a symptom of high-frequency sound on the computer. There was no noise (high frequency) at the store, and during the inspection, I took a picture of the CPU because I could see the CPU bent as below. I don't know, but did you lock the lever without the CPU properly installed? That's what I thought. 


The edges on all sides are bent. 


It's the worst corner. It's amazing that it works well even when it's bent like this way. 


Considering that the above CPU is not a high-end CPU that can be equipped with a homemade cooler, it is highly likely that the CPU substrate was bent due to user carelessness. Unlike the 4th generation CPU (Haswell), the fact that Skylake's CPU substrate was released thin also played a role.
