알뜰폰 통신사 1~2달 후 유심 인식 안 됨

 A 모바일 개통하고 1~2개월 지났는데, 유심 인식이 됐다가 안됐다가 하는 증상이 있어서 모두의 유심(원칩)을 구입해서 교체했습니다. 상담원 전화 연결은 힘들고 카카오톡 채팅으로 해결했습니다. (토요일, 일요일은 휴무라 연결 안 됨, 평일날 해결)

 모두의 유심(원칩)은 동네 이마트24 편의점에서 구하기가 쉽지 않았고요. 배민 B마트에서 배달받았습니다. (동탄신도시 기준)

A 모바일 유심 카드 인식 안돼서, 모두의 유심 (원칩) 구입

 

 KT에서 발행한 유심은 현재까지 10년 정도 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 알뜰폰 통신사를 5~6개월마다 교체하면서 데이터용으로 사용하고 있는데, 제가 운이 없었던 건지 모르겠지만, 처음으로 유심 초기 불량?이 걸린 거 같네요.

These days, there is a problem that mobile A (for data) USIM card is not recognized once a day. I have two USIM slots on my smartphone, but both have symptoms of poor connection. It's the same even if I wipe it with an eraser and clean the socket (compressor, sandpaper). If you take it out and plug it in, it's recognized normally for about a day, so it's very awkward.

It's good if it doesn't work at all, but it's hard to fix it if it works (on a computer or smartphone). I'll have to apply one and use it for a few days to find out. KT Usim (for phone calls) seems to be 10 years old, but it's ironic that both slots are well recognized. It is presumed to be a USIM problem with Mobile A. Maybe it's from other devices, too? I'll have to put it in the previous phone I was playing with. => It doesn't recognize USIM well on other phones.

It's hard to make a call to the customer center for affordable phones, so I asked through Kakao Talk chat, and they said they sell USIM at the convenience store. E-Mart 24 convenience store seems to have everyone's USIM = One chip. My local convenience store is out of stock, so I should look for another local convenience store. Soon, it's the deadline for a chat consultation, so I think it'll be hard to test it today because I bought USIM and replaced it, and I think I'll have to buy it next week.

=> When you visit E-Mart 24 convenience store, everyone's USIM ONE PIP, but E-Mart 24 convenience store is closed when I look back in the evening to see if it's self-operated at night. You don't know if there's a USIM like this even if it's open. Even if it is sold at a vending machine in subway station, it is not easy to get everyone's USIM ONE PIP offline in Dongtan even though I went to a nearby subway station.

 

There is no penalty for the affordable phone plan, so if it doesn't work out well, I applied for a transfer of the number to another carrier rather than a headache like this, but they said they will accept it at least three months after joining the carrier. Should I wait three months before moving the number? Will you buy a USIM chip and replace it? Or should I sign up for something new? I think I'll think about it.

Because the smartphone internet (4GLET) is not working, it became quiet because the navigation and YouTube are not working. The background music doesn't matter if you turn on the radio, but the problem is that the navigation doesn't work if you don't have internet access. I can't find my way, so I'm going around in circles.

=> I heard that you can order from Baedal Minjok. So there's a place called Baedal Minjok B Mart, and I bought it here as well. I got a coupon discount for the first order + I filled the minimum amount of free shipping, and the USIM arrived in 30 minutes. It was hard to find the way because the smartphone data was not available, but I went around for no reason yesterday.

=> I think Mobile Customer Center A is closed because today is Saturday. We should try to change the USIM and open it on Monday.

=> I came to work in the morning and sent a message to Mobile Customer Center A. I wrote down my cell phone number/name/date of birth and all numbers starting with K as below, and the USIM change has been completed.

I put the USIM in and rebooted it around 11 p.m., and it's well recognized and well recognized until 5 p.m. There must have been a USIM problem. At the same time, I got to know B Mart, the nation of delivery, and I got a discount so I got a discount. There was also a deal for 100 to 900 won for the first time, and I ate it without much expectation for Mexican or spicy sweet and sour chicken 500G 990 won (originally sold at 8,990 won), but it was delicious.
