오래된 노트북은 분해하면, 플라스틱이 잘 파손됩니다. 

 

안쪽에 커피, 콜라류를 쏟았던 건지 검은색 물질이 닦이네요. 

 

노트북의 분해된 나사는 한 곳에 잘 모아둡니다.

This is Samsung Laptop RV518. In particular, CD-ROM is equipped with a hard disk using multi-boost instead of CD-ROM. But there are traces of something on it.


I wiped it with wet tissue. The color is coke?It also looks the same. It's like coffee, too. 


I removed the hard disk and wiped it off inside the multi-boost because I thought it might have got on the hard disk. 


To disassemble the laptop, remove the device mounted on the CD-ROM bay and HDD bay and loosen all screws. This product requires a lot of screws to peel it off this way. You should keep the screws in one place so that they don't get confused. 


 

 

If you open the back cover, you can see the inside of the laptop as shown below. You can see that the structure is relatively simple. Almost half of the board is occupied. 


The back cover is shown below. I was wondering why you took a picture of the back cover, but it must have been taken to keep a record of the damage. As shown below, the plastic that can fix the screw is broken. 


 


 

As a temporary measure, I used strong glue to attach it. It is said that using the multi-purpose glue sold at Daiso will make it stick harder. It was fixed by raising a flat, heavy object. 


 

 

It is wiping out the hardened thermal copper on the CPU and mainboard chipset and scratching it as much as possible. 


 

Clean enough to wipe and re-apply new thermal copper. 


 

The remaining amount of thermal copper on the heat sink was wiped off and the heat sink and cooler were secured. 


 

The cooler used in the laptop was a fan named DV BRUSHLESS KSB0705HA. 


Connecting power to your laptop and making sure it is booting normally. Other installed parts are being recognized normally. It's i5, so there's a good CPU in it. There are 120 units of WD in the SSD. There are two memory units, so a total of four are installed.
