분해후 CPU 서멀구리스 재도포 작업을 진행했습니다.

NT300V5A-WL6P disassembly and cleaning (this product was shipped in January 2012).

This laptop has not been cleaned or re-applied inside for nearly 10 years. 

You complained that the main reception symptom was that the burn camera was not working properly.

There was no problem when it was operated at the store.

You asked me to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10. 

I've got a lot of heat in the window installation.

Internal cleaning and thermal copper re-application work was carried out.

This is the back of the laptop. Replacing SSD and RAM is easy when you open the back panel.


There are screws hidden under 3 anti-slip pads.


You do not need to remove the anti-slip pad under the memory slot. You just need to loosen the memory cover. And if you push the outer cover to the bottom of the upper part, you can remove it as below. 


 

Secondly, when removing the inner cover, you can loosen the screw with concentration because there are many tightened screws. It would be helpful to loosen the screw while scrolling in the direction of top, bottom, left and right. Fortunately, the thickness and length of the screw seem to be the same. Still, if you keep the screws in one place so that they don't mix, and place them on the top, bottom, left and right, it will help you locate the screw mounting position during reassembling. If you just put it together, there will be a case where one or two are left.

If you open the second cover, you can see the inside clearly. The CPU radiator copper plate stands out. Release the screws fixed to the CPU and GPU, wipe away the hardened thermalgus, and dust off the cooler. 


 

We have prepared to re-apply XTC-4 product. Originally, I used to use the basic thermolgurice in Trinity. I'm using the product below because it says it's cost-effective. You can use multiple (multiple notebooks) with one syringe. 


 

Notebooks have small CPU or GPU chipsets, so you don't need to apply much. Squeeze a little bit of rat poo and it spreads well because it's pressed against the heat shield.
