HP노트북 분해 OMEN by HP Laptop (i7-7700HQ)

15-ax231TX 노트북입니다. 

메모리 업그레이드 + SSD 500기가 추가 작업을 진행했는데요. 노트북을 분해하면 (뒷커버를 열면) 아래와 같이 생겼습니다. 기존의 SSD 용량이 부족하고 램용량도 부족해서 추가 및 업그레이드할 예정입니다.

다행히 메모리 슬롯은 2개가 있어서 예비 슬롯 한개를 활용해서 총 16기가의 메모리를 구성했습니다.

문제점은 아래와 같이 배터리가 임신한 상태로 볼록하게 튀어나온 점인데요. 배터리를 교체해야지 않을까 싶습니다. 대기업제품이라서 배터리가 터지진 않을 것이라 생각이 들지만, 그래도 이렇게 스웰링된 배터리는 노트북의 외관도 망치니 좋지 않습니다.

이상이 있는 배터리라도 제거하고 작업하는 게 좋습니다.

배터리 커넥터 제거 

여기까지 분해할 일은 거의 없기 때문에 CPU에 발라진 서멀컴파운드 재도포 작업도 동시에 진행했습니다. 

CPU 서멀 재도포 

CPU  방열판 위에 굳어있는 서멀컴파운드도 같이 제거했습니다. 

CPU와 그래픽칩셋 위에는 액체 서멀컴파운드를 도포하고 우측에 있는 칩셋은 서멀패드로 발열을 식혀주는 형태네요. 

CPU 서멀구리스 재도포 

부족한 C드라이브의 용량은 SK하이닉스 P31 500GB 제품으로 업그레이드를 진행할 예정입니다.

기존에 장착된 메모리는 ADTAT사의 메모리가 장착되어 있고요. 업그레이드한 메모리는 삼성 메모리입니다.

윈도우10 설치 과정입니다. 파티션을 재설정하고 SSD에 윈도우10 정상 설치 후 출고했습니다.

Memory upgrade + 500 SSDs were added. When you disassemble the laptop, it looks like the following (if you open the back cover). Due to the lack of existing SSD capacity and RAM capacity, we plan to add and upgrade.

 

 

Fortunately, there are two memory slots, so a total of 16 gigabytes of memory were constructed using one spare slot.

 

 

The problem is that the battery protrudes convexly while pregnant as shown below. I think we should change the battery. I don't think the battery will explode because it's a large company's product, but this swollen battery is still not good because it ruins the appearance of the laptop.

 

 

It is better to remove any abnormal batteries.

 

 

Since it rarely breaks down to this point, we also applied thermal compound to the CPU at the same time.

 

 

 

The thermal compound hardened on the CPU heat sink was also removed.

Liquid thermal compound is applied on the CPU and graphic chipset, and the chipset on the right cools down with thermal pads.

 

 

We are planning to upgrade the insufficient capacity of C-drive to SK Hynix's P31 500GB product.

 

 

 

 

 

The existing memory is equipped with ADTAT's memory. The upgraded memory is Samsung Memory.

 

 

This is the process of installing Windows 10. We reset the partition and installed Windows 10 on the SSD and shipped it.
