휘어진 공랭 쿨러 방열판 펴는 도구? (Curved air-cooler heat sink opening tool?)

원래 에어콘의 증발기 휘어진 핀을 교정하려고 구입했던 도구인데요. 생각처럼 잘 안되더라고요. 마침, CPU 쿨러의 방열판이 휘어졌길래 이걸로 빗으면 될까 싶어서 해봤는데 역시나 잘 안되네요. 그래서, 그냥 칼날로 한개씩 위치 조정했습니다.

Originally, it came out as a tool to unfold the bent pin of the evaporator of the air conditioner. Green plastic products on the left are not allowed. It was collected separately from scrap metal and plastic. A metal product that looks like a true comb in the middle is a tool that can restore its original shape, but it is not easy to line up the aluminum plate that is already lying down. I used a metal shera that was thicker than a cutter blade (right side of the spatula) and spread it out one by one. It's completely handcrafted. It takes a lot of time and my arm hurts.

As I reassembled the CPU, I found the heat sink of the tower cooler bent. I tried to use an alignment correction tool, but the curved section is short, so there is no room for a dedicated tool, so it is useless.

 

 

 

 

Charm comb-shaped correction tools are useless.

The blade was inserted into the inner heat sink one by one with a cutter blade and aligned parallel across the blade. The blade is much easier with about 10 bent pieces.

 

 

 

 

The heat sink is bent with a blade of 30 degrees angle.

Even if the end of the heat sink is a little bent, it's not a problem at all, so I don't think you need to open it. The shape is strange, so I took it apart and shaped the curved heat sink.
