동네 믿을만한 컴퓨터수리점이 있을까? 어떻게 찾지? (How to find a computer repair shop)

 

동네에서 가까운 곳에 있는 컴퓨터 수리점은 어떻게 찾을 수 있을까요? 네이버 지도, 다음 지도(카카오 지도)를 활용해서 로드뷰, 거리뷰를 통해서 찾아보실 거 같습니다. 얼마나 오래된 매장인지 확인해보실 거 같습니다. 로드뷰는 연도별로 도로의 사정을 확인해볼 수 있습니다. 

 

 

 

후기는 보통 원한있지 않는 이상, 대부분은 좋게 남겨주기 때문에 후기는 너무 믿을 수는 없습니다만 그래도 없는 곳보다는 후기가 있는 곳 10개 이상 달린 곳, 진심이 담겨있는 후기를 찾아볼 거 같습니다. 좋지 않은 후기글에 어떻게 답변을 했는지도 중요한 부분이고요. 네이버, 다음 외 구글에서도 상점을 찾아볼 수 있는데요. 구글도 같이 확인해보면 좋고요. 맘카페 등의 게시판을 통해서 컴퓨터, 컴퓨터 수리 등의 핵심 키워드로 찾아보실 수도 있습니다.

블로그나 카페, 유튜브, 페이스북(페이지), 인스타그램 등 SNS를 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 업체인지도 확인해보실 듯합니다. 네이버로 검색했을 때, 상가와 간판 사진이 없고, 오피스텔, 공유 오피스, 아파트를 주소로 등록된 업체는 일단은 패스하세요. 매장 없이 뜨네기로 출장 수리하는 업체가 대부분인데 나중에 분쟁이 생겼을 때, 매장을 찾을 수가 없을 수 없으니 찾아갈 수 없습니다. 유령 업체는 부르지 않는 게 좋습니다. 출장 수리를 부르시더라도 무조건 간판 달린 매장에서 서비스 받는 게 보통은 낫습니다.

 

 

 

간판 달고 영업한다 할지라도 100% 양심적인 업체라고 이야기하기는 어렵죠. 운영자의 직업 정신은 알 수 없으니깐요. 그래도, 최소한 "간판, 보증금(월세)" 걸어둔 게 아무것도 걸지 않은 유령 업체보다는 낫습니다. 간판을 걸든 매장을 걸든 사업자 등록(본인 인증)하고 영업하는 거니깐 애초에 아무것도 걸지 않은 사람(유령)보다 잃을 게 많기 때문에 오프라인 상점이 있는 곳을 찾아가는 게 차라리 낫다고 생각합니다.

가까운 오프라인 컴퓨터 매장 찾는 방법

덤, 키워드 광고 상위 노출 업체는 일단 거른다. (1~3위 정도) 

키워드 광고 클릭당 단가가 좋은 키워드는 클릭 한 번에 5천~1만 원의 광고비가 들어갑니다.

심각한 키워드 광고 단가는 클릭당 ~5만 원씩 되는 광고도 들어봤습니다. (광고주끼리 서로 누르고 앉았다는 소문) 

 

손님이랑 이어져서 일거리 받았을 때, 그 돈을 내는 게 아니고 그냥 손님이 인터넷 검색해서, 네이버 광고 클릭 한 번만 눌러도, 5천원~만원은 광고 비용으로 빠져나갑니다. 하루 10명이 클릭하면, 하루에 5~10만 원은 광고비로 소요됩니다. (20번~30번 => 10만 원~30만 원 앉은 자리에서 네이버에게 주는 돈입니다.)

 

그 중에 이어지는 건은 정말 많아야 30% (1/3) 정도 아닐까 싶은데요. (전화 받는 사람이 응대 잘못하면 10%도 못 받음) 동네 일반적(정상적)으로 영업(운영)하는 매장은 그렇게 광고료를 높힐 수가 없어요. 하루에 적게 잡아서 5만 원씩 X 30일 = 월세 150만 원에 해당하는 광고비용인데요. 대로변 근접한 상가 월세가 추가적으로 나오는 거니깐,

 

애초에 그렇게 광고비를 많이 소요하는 업체가 (광고비를 뽑아야 하니깐) 콜센터 전화 응대가 친절할 수는 있어도 저렴하게 수리되길 바라는 건 앞뒤가 맞지 않습니다. (이미 높은 광고비를 지출했으니 그 다음은 "묻고 떠블로 가~" 아니겠어요?)

 

보통 1~3위까지 상위 노출되는 광고는 단가가 높아요. 광고를 보더래도 6위~10위 이상 노출되는 건 어차피 광고 노출 효과가 없기 때문에 광고료가 저렴한 편입니다. 그렇기 때문에, 동네 상점 중에서 그래도 인터넷으로 홍보를 하는 업체는 보통 6위권 이상 그 뒤편에 있는 경우가 많습니다. 클릭당 배팅 금액을 많이 올릴 수가 없어요. 심지어 11위 ~ 너머로 광고 노출도 안되기도 합니다. 유료 광고로 오프라인 업체를 찾아보시려면, 상위 노출보다는 뒤에 노출되는 업체, 상가 사진이 올라온 업체를 찾아보세요.

 

출장비 무료~ 점검비 무료~ 정상적인 방법으로 오프라인 매장을 운영하는 업체라면, 쉽게 약속할 수 없는 일입니다. 손님과 1회성 만남으로 끝내지 않고 지속적으로 서비스를 해드려야 하는데, 못 지킬 약속은 안하는 게 낫겠죠? 일단은 소비자의 눈길을 끌어야 하루에 단 한 건이래도 일을 받아볼 수 있으니깐, 현혹성 광고 문구로 무료를 넣어서 광고 진행한다보시면 맞습니다.
