[ 주요 접수 증상 ] 컴퓨터 사용중에 화면 깨지면서 멈추는 증상이 있는 컴퓨터입니다.

이 날은 더운 날이고 습도도 높은 날이라서 유사한 증상으로 2개의 컴퓨터가 입고됐습니다. 

증상이 오락가락하는 컴퓨터라서, 점검하기가 쉽지는 않은 컴퓨터였는데요. 임의로 조치로 멈춤 증상이 구현되는 컴퓨터라서, 물리적인 동작으로 증상을 구현시켜서 컴퓨터 점검 및 컴퓨터 수리를 완료했습니다. 윈도우 부팅 후에 화면이 멈추는 건 시간이 오래 걸리고 아래와 같이 ASROCK UEFI Setup Utility 화면에서 간단하게 동작 테스트를 진행해 봤습니다. 여기서 멈춰도 윈도우에는 추가적인 손상이 생기지 않기 때문에 테스트해보기에는 좋은 환경입니다. 마치, 윈도 PE로 부팅해서 점검하는 것과 비슷합니다. 

애즈락 UEFI 시모스 모드화면 

점검 과정에서 시모스 화면이 깨지는 증상이 임의로 구현이 됐습니다. 문제의 원인은 메모리 카드의 접점의 상태가 좋지 않았고요. 

장착된 메모리를 순서대로 빼서 닦아서 다시 장착했습니다. 메모리를 한꺼번에 재장착하는 것보다는 한개씩 접점 청소를 진행하고 1개씩 장착하고 잘 동작되면, 다른 메모리를 장착, 모든 메모리를 꽂았을 때도 정상적으로 동작하는지 확인한 다음 능동 컴퓨터 수리는 완료됐습니다. 아래의 컴퓨터는 같은 날 입고된 두번째 능동컴퓨터수리 내역입니다. 메모리 카드를 4개를 사용하시는 경우인데요. 역시나 같은 방법으로 1개씩 청소하고 재장착하고 동작 확인하고 2번재 ~ 4번째 메모리도 순차적으로 장착하는 게 좋습니다. 

이분은 메모리카드를 4개씩 꽂아서 사용하시는 분인데요. 메모리 개수가 늘어날수록 메모리 접속 불량 증상은 수시로 생길 수 있기 때문에, 사용자도 메모리카드의 접속되는 부분을 관리할 수 있는 게 좋습니다. 증상이 너무 자주 생긴다면, 메모리를 바꿔보는 것도 나쁘지 않은 선택이 될 수 있습니다.

It was a computer with fluctuating symptoms, so it wasn't easy to check. It is a computer that implements symptoms at random, so we have completed checking and repairing the symptoms at random. It takes a long time for the screen to stop after window boot and we conducted a simple operation test on the ASROCK UEFI Setup Utility screen as below. It is a good environment to test because there is no additional damage to the window even if it stops here. It's like checking by booting into Windows PE. 


During the inspection, the symptom of breaking the Simos screen was implemented arbitrarily. The reason for the problem is that the contact point of the memory card was not in good condition. 


I removed the installed memory in order, wiped it, and reinstalled it. Rather than reseating the memory at once, we cleaned the contacts one by one and installed them one by one. If they work well, we installed other memories and checked if they worked properly when all the memories were plugged in, and the active computer repair was completed. The computer below is the second active computer repair history received on the same day. It's when you use four memory cards. As expected, it is recommended to clean, reseat, check the operation, and install the 2nd to 4th memory sequentially in the same way.
