삼성노트북 NT270E5E 뜯어보기 (과열 발열) - Samsung Notebook NT270E5E Open (Overheated)

삼성에서 나온 NT270E5E 노트북입니다. SSD 업그레이드 작업을 진행하면서 CPU 온도가 높아서 분해해서 서멀구리스 재도포 작업을 동시에 진행했습니다.

CPU 발열이 심한 제품 

 

노트북의 내부 모습입니다. 

 

 

 

청소 진행하고 온도가 떨어지기는 했지만, 애초에 온도가 높게 측정이 되는 CPU네요. 

 

 

This is NT270E5E-K30R notebook. I upgraded SSD because it is a laptop equipped with i3-2370M CPU. 


 


We replaced the existing hard disk with the Crucial MX500 SSD. 

This product includes the original Windows 8, so if you connect to the Internet after installing Windows 10, you will automatically activate it with a higher version of Windows. 


This is the process of installing Windows 10. 

I'm checking the CPU temperature because Windows 10 update is not going well. CPU temperatures were forming at 94, 95 and 96 degrees. I think it's a laptop CPU that generates a lot of heat because it's an Intel CPU that integrates graphics with the CPU. Although the temperature dropped by about 10 degrees after re-applying the thermal copper, it seems to be a product with a high basic operating temperature. 


This is NT270E5E-K30R model. Windows 8 genuine label is attached. Like Windows 7, there is no separate CD key, but if you install Windows and connect to the Internet, you can activate it through mainboard information. 


Since it has a lot of heat, we also dismantled the laptop and re-applied the thermal copper. 


The hardened thermal copper as below was wiped clean and dust and debris from the cooler was removed with a compressor. 


I wiped and brushed off the heat shield's hardened thermal copper. 


A new thermal compound has been applied on top of the CPU. It's a built-in graphics integrated CPU, so I think it's a product with a high heat generation. 


If there is no load, a temperature of about 60 degrees will be formed. 


Windows will run. 


If you put a load on the installation of various programs, you could see that the temperature was rising from 80 to 84 degrees. 


The latest Windows update has been completed successfully.


 

I think this product comes with a keyboard cover. If you don't have a keyboard cover, it's well ventilated and helps relieve heat. Also, I would recommend you to use a laptop stand with a fan that can act as a fan underneath. If you only use it at home, it will help relieve the heat by opening the hard disk and Ramslot cover and shooting the wind. Or you can remove the CD-ROM or remove the battery to lower the heat. 

There is also a way to add "inner fan" instead of CD-ROM.
