This is your computer that you visited in Dongtan 2 New Town. I'm supposed to take it by plane freight. Due to the limitation of the width, we replaced it with a thin office case and replaced the power supply with a pre-bolt product.
Remove all parts from the existing mini-case.
You were removing the CPU from your house, but you got pulled out... I heard that you removed the CPU after watching the video. When refitting, we did not re-apply thermal grease, so we removed the CPU cooler for thermal grease re-apply.
There are traces of several attempts to separate the radish pulled CPU. First of all, I think you copied the video where you put the flat-blade screwdriver between the cooler and the CPU and hit it. If you hit the right part well, you can remove it, but if it doesn't fall as shown below, there may be cases where only a single-blade screwdriver mark is left on the CPU.
My method was to lever up the corner of the CPU with a flat-blade screwdriver. Of course, when you lift it with a flat-blade screwdriver lever, if it doesn't fall off easily, then the CPU won't break. And it's a flat-blade screwdriver, so when the CPU is disconnected, there's no way the CPU will fly, but if you squeeze the CPU into your hand or push the driver around, it could break the balance and cause you to miss the CPU. There's not much summer that's hardened like cement, but it doesn't fall off with proper force, but I'm worried that someone will force it to open the AMD CPU lid.

I think you can find a way that suits each person and separate it. Whether it's a laptop or a CPU, if you can't separate it naturally, something will get stuck, so if you separate it with force, it's a problem. I think it would be better to separate it slowly and carefully.
The device below is a fastener used to capture and carve wood. In the past, these devices were well-made, so I think we can remove them by fixing and rotating four or three sides of the CPU. But the radish pulling doesn't have as much CPU as I thought. You can also remove most radish pulling with a flat-blade screwdriver. The fixture below is incomplete and somewhere in the warehouse. I think it would be nice to have a tool to make a d-shaped frame and turn it instead of a hand. Like a drawer rail with a 3D printer, an AMD CPU removal tool that can be put in and turned would be good.
Clean the thermal copper on the CPU cooler and the thermal copper on the CPU surface.
The CPU pin is checking to make sure it is OK.
New thermal copper was re-applied and the CPU cooler was re-assembled.
We replaced the case with the Stella Mini case. You were supposed to put the case in a box, but it was about 2cm wider than the plane's cargo size. If it doesn't go through, you'll discard the box and just take the case, so for now, you packed the box and took it.
Since the case was for office use, it was not easy to organize the remaining lines of the power fly behind. I solved it again and distributed it appropriately.
