USB 3.0 헤더 파손 건, 메인보드 커넥터와 압착된 상태로 핀이 뽑힘

I don't know if it's a socket on a particular mainboard or the thickness of the front header cable on the case, but when removing the USB 3.0 header cable, the USB3.0 header is often unplugged (typically C-type front headers are too easily unplugged...) and not a separate locking device is provided. I can't help but feel embarrassed while working. Even if pulled out like this, the blue header can be removed from the port and then pinned in, but the mainboard must be pulled out and it must be laborious. (If the pin bends, it's not easy to put it back in.)
In the case below, the USB 3.0 header was pulled out and the pin was also lying on the side. The pins lying down like reeds should be properly raised and put into the port. If defined, there is also a way to utilize the front USB 3.0 port from the rear using the USB extension. You can buy a new cable related to the front USB port or get an AS through the case manufacturer. (Case or keyboard companies have surprisingly good ASs. There are some cases where they send the parts free of charge for the delivery fee. If you have time, I think you will call AS center and ask for the case model name.)

This is a combination of Asura case and ASUS H110M mainboard. It's hard to know the exact time,
You're saying it's highly likely that this happened after moving.
(This is not something you can check normally, so it's hard to know what's going back and forth.
The front header is completely pulled out, and the pins are bent a lot, so it is difficult to restore the original shape.
The USB 3.0 header is embedded on the main board.
Since the pins are conductors, there is no possibility of short circuiting somewhere, so I wrapped them with electric tape.
The USB 2.0 switching port is also wrapped. I think 3.0 cable and 2.0 cable share one cable.
So if the USB 3.0 pin is damaged, I think it would be right to discard it without using the USB 2.0 port.
USB 2.0 cables with different lines (wire) do not matter.
If you must use the USB 3.0 port on the front, you must:
(1) Replace the case manufacturer's AS materials.
(2) It is recommended to simply drag from the mainboard on the back to the USB 3.0 extension.
Even if we receive the USB 3.0 cable, we need to remove the USB 3.0 header that was stuck as below to refit it.
In order to get rid of the stuck plastic, I think we should take out the main board and pull it out with the right tools (long rose, etc.
The key must be to control the power so that the port is not damaged.
The front USB 3.0 port is blocked with a Disable sticker, although there will be no response if plugged in as the case is open.
