개통 관련 문의하러 오산지사로 다녀왔는데요. 해지 외에는 동네 KT 플라자에서도 가능하다고 하네요.

We rarely have to visit offline branches because we can handle telecommunications on the Internet or call the customer center (number 100) to solve it. Some tasks are available through the branch office, so you may have to visit the phone station once a few years. I tried to open another new phone number (home phone) this time, but I couldn't get it online, so I visited the branch. (There are cases where customer centers only apply offline) But the existing Dongtan branch doesn't work as follows.

All KT-related telecommunication businesses (including termination) are available at 324 KT Osan Plaza in Gyeonggi-daero, Osan-si. 

Except for termination, work is available on the first floor of 68 Gyerim Development in Dongtan Solbit-ro, Hwaseong-si.

=> I don't think it was easy to park in this building. A public parking lot has been opened in the back alley of Solbit Naru Shopping Center. It's not easy to park a public parking lot, but I think I'll still take a look around.

I think KT Plaza was across the street from Dongtan Central Park.

I just read the above and transferred it to a misunderstanding. So I went straight to Osan. 

Thinking about it again while writing the post, I think that if I went to Naru Village, I would have been able to work on the opening. Or, it would have been best to go to the nearest Central Park store.

It was a problem that could not be solved even if the urgent mind went all the way to Osan. Eventually, it succeeded in opening online for a few days by itself. The phone number I marked with dots kept disappearing after searching, so I searched once a day and signed up. I only applied for a new subscription on Sunday as I changed my Internet browser (whale, chrome, etc.).


The opening of the house took a day. KT driver visited the next afternoon (this afternoon). I had a line that I used before, so it was easy to open just by changing the settings of the switchboard. (The track is temporary and requires a numbering) In the past, it used to be free of charge, but these days there is a separate installation fee.

The installation fee for the new phone is 27,500 won. 

The basic fee for home shoes is 5,720 won. 

There is no contract period and free gift.
