At first, the symptoms that do not show up on the screen are intermittent symptoms and no more symptoms occur, so the symptoms that do not show up on the screen were not clearly resolved and shipped. You can do this and that only when you have symptoms. When the screen does not come up, it is estimated that there will be a problem with the main board, considering that the screen does not come up even if you change it to other power, CPU, and RAM. (Mainboard Defect Estimation) Test the motherboard alone (other attached cross-test) does not cause symptoms alone, just like the previous power supply above.

Failure symptoms do not occur individually, only in the corresponding "board and power combination". It can also be assumed that there is a compatibility problem between the two components. First of all, we released the one where you change the power and use it. In a week or two, if you don't have any problems, we will upload the repair work.

If you replace the power supply, you often need to clean it up again. Existing front panel wires, rear top fan power lines, etc. may also need to be re-tied. I organized the lines as below. This case has a large space in the back, so there's plenty of space to put in. In particular, you can hide the CPU auxiliary power line on the side of the case. I hope there will be many cases where you can use the advantages of such a large space to hide cables and organize the lines. => It would be nice to drill a cable tie hole so that the cable can be fixed in an empty space.

A yellow warning sign is posted on the rear/top fan power line connector. I think we changed it to our company's specification using IDE power connector. => I think it's not a good choice to make a standard that only you use. It's better to make a separate standard like dark flash than to change the existing standard at will.

 

 

Based on the yellow warning sign, it seems that the IDE 4-pin connector's pin arrangement is changed. Using a specification as a non-standard can cause problems.
